Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Wish you all a Merry Christmas and Wonderful New Year!

First snow/ice/freezing rain storm of the year

Here comes the first day of December, and the weather was terrible. Anything you can think of about Canadians' winter, we got it...snow, ice pellets, freezing rain and CRAZY DRIVERS. Today is the last day of pottery (for this year), but due to the "lovely"weather (it took over an hour to get home from work, it would normally take 20 minutes), I didn't go. Not only I've missed a studio time, I've also missed the potluck. :( Sorry, studio buddies!

Customers

Some of co-workers showed interest of my pots, so I've brought them in to work. I've made a couple of sales! Thanks Julie, Kevin E., Josee and June. Kevin E. with his new bowl! He said the bowl is a good size for having noodle, plus he likes the colour too. (It's harvest gold on brown clay)

Pottery Sale 2006

I had participated my 3rd pottery sale over the past weekend (November 25 - 26) at the Nepean Sportsplex. Over 1000 people attended and I had a great time. Many people came to my table to check out my pots. This picture was taken on the first day of sale just before people showed up. This picture was taken on day 2. Some of the pots from the first day were sold!At the end of the sale, I've sold a total of 29 pots (out of 50)! Not only I've sold over 20 pots, I've also received a lot of encouraging words from people who visited my table. :) It was a great weekend, I had a great time.
